Coffee cake supreme - for my dad who loves coffee.

                         This Coffee cake was lots of fun to make! My dad, was the one who
                      probably enjoyed it the most, then my older brother, who is drinking coffee now!
                    It is very easy to make and lots of fun.  I set myself a challenge, awhile ago for the whole
                        week I have to bake a cake every day!!! I think my family enjoyed this the most!

Rice paper rolls - perfect party food.

These rice paper rolls are very easy and quick to make. They are also great for parties!

You can buy the rice paper at your own super market, all you need 

do is to dunk each sheet carefully in warm water for thirty seconds, then fill it with fried rice or noodles!

( Since I am a fan of rice and especially fried rice you can guess which one I go for when I 

make them!!! )

Raspberry madness!

We have so many raspberries this year that we are picking them every day! 

We surprised mum and dad on New Year's Day with a home made raspberry thick shake for breakfast! They loved it! 

 

 My 7 year old brother even made this amazing raspberry ice cream cake for Christmas day.

It was delicious.

With more raspberries ripening in our garden I'm looking forward to trying some other recipes.

I love summer!
