Baked chocolate cheescake.

 I baked this deliciously rich chocolate cheesecake for my big sister's birthday.  With 3 eggs in it, it required baking in the oven for 75 minutes and then needed to be put in the fridge to set fully.

I topped it with fresh raspberries from our garden and some grated chocolate.

 I'll definitely be making this again!
